Classically chic, meet our Marple chaise, a stunning high quality handcrafted chaise lounge featuring neutral tones of light brown taupe, a constant favourite in the world of interior design. This antique styled upholstered chaise would make an elegant feature in the living room, bedroom or lounge. Owing to its classic design this timeless piece would fit in both period and modern interiors. Our Marple taupe herringbone chaise features antique style buttoning, elegantly turned mahogany stained legs and gold castors.

Made in England, this high quality upholstered chaise features stylish deep buttoning and a cute matching bolster.

Pictured here with a left handed backrest and mahogany legs, this lovely bespoke chaise is handcrafted to your specifications, so if you prefer the backrest to be on the opposite side to that pictured simply let us know. Or, if you prefer a different herringbone colour (eg. see Poirot/Sherlock chairs) or different coloured leg simply choose from our wide range of finishes (see photograph gallery) or contact us to discuss your preferred colour. We offer castors in gold, silver or if you wish we can make your chaise without.

Designed with the modern home in mind, we offer a range of chaises which are smaller in size than the average antique version, making it much more of a versatile piece to fit in any interior space. Or if you are lucky enough to have a spacious interior to allow for a larger model, we can make a super sized large chaise too – contact us for more information.

Please note we can make a taller legged frame for all sizes for an additional £50, and we can also make a 65cm deeper versioned frame for an additional £60.

Unfortunately we have to charge separately for shipping as we are a small concern, rather than a company that mass produces furniture – we do not profit from delivery charges. Please contact us directly with your postcode for an accurate quote. We will always endeavour to get the best price for you from trustworthy couriers who offer insurance in the event of a mishap in transit. The most cost effective delivery option for mainland U.K is a courier firm local to you. Alternatively you are welcome to arrange your own collection from our showroom in SW20 8JX, Wimbledon.

We do not currently offer international shipping (but are happy to work with any company that you yourself arrange).

NB: Please note that we DO NOT offer refunds / returns on any of our handcrafted seating range as these items are all made to order. The onus is on the customer to make sure that the measurements and the fabric will fit and indeed suit your interior space. If you have any queries about dimensions please feel free to email or call us BEFORE you order a chair, we are more than happy to help in any way we can. Being a small family run shop we simply do not have the space to store returned goods that have been returned simply because a customer has misjudged their dimensions or fabric choices.
